In high-cost areas, the ceiling loan limit for one-unit properties will be $1,209,750.
Special statutory provisions apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, where the baseline loan limit will also be $1,209,750 for one-unit properties.
Federal Housing Administration (FHA)
Ranges from $524,225 to $688,850 for a single-family homes, depending on the county.
The limit is higher for properties with multiple units.
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
For most counties $806,500 for single-family homes.
The limit can be as high as $1,209,750 in high-cost area.
USDA
The mortgage loan limit is limited by the household income.
1-4 member households is $112,450.
5-8 member households is $148,450.
Non-QM
Depending on the loan option, limits range from minimum of $100k to 4M.
JUMBO
Any loan amount that exceeds $806,500 for a single-family home requires Jumbo financing.
