Ray brings decades of experience in both real estate and mortgage lending. Beginning his career as a Realtor before transitioning into mortgage lending, he joined Element Home Loans in 2007. His extensive industry knowledge and practical experience enable him to guide clients in making informed, confident decisions about financing their home and managing their mortgage for the long term.
Originally from Savannah, Ray grew up in Gwinnett County, Georgia, attended college in Kansas, and later earned additional training through Bible college. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, golf, pickleball, relaxing at the beach and spending time with family and friends. Ray and his wife, Laurie, have been married since 1985 and are blessed with one son and one grandson. They are actively involved in their church and are passionate about serving others. Ray's personal motto is simple: "Finish Strong"—a philosophy that guides both his life and his commitment to helping others.
